If you purchased electronic tickets to events in Nevada from Defendant’s website, https://www.seatgeek.com or the SeatGeek mobile application between November 7, 2020, to and through May 12, 2025, then you may be a Class Member and be eligible to receive a pro rata cash payment.
If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive Settlement Benefits then you must submit a Claim Form by January 5, 2027.
To start your online claim form, you must login with your LoginID and PIN. If you received a notice of this Settlement, your LoginID and PIN is at the top left-hand side of the email notice. If you are unable to locate your Login ID and PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator by emailing info@SeatGeekNevadaClassAction.com. Please request your LoginID and PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is January 5, 2027. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than January 5, 2027.
